Manchester United have been linked with Croatian international and Inter Milan star Ivan Perisic for a long time now.
If reports in the media are anything to go by then the Red Devils are still looking to secure his signature.
Earlier in the day, we covered a report (via GdS) claiming that United are still interested in the former Wolfsburg playmaker.
As far as the latest reports in Britain are concerned, Mirror have stated that Ed Woodward has held talks with Perisic’s agent in order to push through a deal. The British source have further stated that Ivan’s representative held talks with the Nerazzurri with the aim to agree his client’s move to Manchester United.
The 28-year-old star last played in the Champions League five years ago when he was in the Bundesliga with Borussia Dortmund under the management of current Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp.
Over the years, he has been a key member of the Croatian national side and he has got the quality to be a hit in the Premier League.
