Spurs, Liverpool, Manchester United and Arsenal are linked with Colombian international James Rodriguez as per reports in Spain.
According to renowned Spanish source El Confidencial, the above mentioned Premier League clubs are interested in the Real Madrid playmaker but none of them have moved in to match the huge asking price of €75million.
The report says that Florentino Perez wants to hold on to the South American star but he does not want to upset Zindeine Zidane, who wants the playmaker to be sold this summer. In such a scenario, Perez is looking to get the above mentioned fee from James’ sale.
As far as Liverpool are concerned, Jurgen Klopp badly needs to sign an attacker to improve the quality and depth of his offense and someone like James Rodriguez would be a fantastic signing.
Last Friday, we covered a report (via Don Balon) claiming that the Reds would be willing to offer €60million to secure the signature of the former Monaco attacking midfielder.
Not to forget, the Reds are heavily linked with a move to sign Egyptian international Mohamed Salah from Serie A side Roma (via Mirror).
Salah directly contributed in more than 30 goals for the Giallorossi last season. On the other hand, Rodriguez directly contributed in more than 20 goals for the Los Blancos. In your opinion, who should Liverpool sign?
