Pochettino Favorite to Agree €40million Star Signing for Spurs

Manchester City dropped points against Liverpool at the weekend and now Tottenham are two points above the Sky Blues in second place.
The North Londoners have performed even better than last season but they might still end up losing the title. In the last campaign, after 28 games, Spurs had 54 points and were only three points behind league leaders Leicester. This time around, they have 59 points and are 10 points behind Chelsea.
Pochettino knows that he needs to further amplify the quality of his squad if Tottenham are to win the league.
Moreover, the Argentine boss must secure quality signings to challenge the best of teams in Europe next season. This season, Spurs were terrible in both the Champions League and the Europa League.
As far as the transfers are concerned, Mauricio has been chasing Everton star Ross Barkley for some time. In the winter transfer window, Tottenham made inquiries about signing the (ES) £35million rated (€40million) star.
Now, according to Daily Mail, Pochettino is favorite to finally hire the services of the 23-year-old England international in the summer transfer window.
This season, Ross has featured in 30 games for the Toffees (all competitions), scored 5 goals and provided 7 assists. Capable of playing anywhere in the attacking third, Barkley will surely improve the quality and depth of Spurs’ attack.
As per the provided Mail link, Everton boss Koeman does want the midfielder to sign a new contract or else he will be sold.

World class players Must be signed first then world class trophies will start to come in , I am still a believer that a multi Billionaire needs to be found an approach to the likes of Bill Gates would be the answer and the Russian at the bridge won`t get things all his own way , they say that money will not buy you success but they are wrong I think Bill Gates would love to put the Russian to the sword money will be the key to success and a hugh challenge to Bill volume 1 .
