Liverpool Set to Move in to Sign 78 Goal Superstar

Alvaro Morata Real MadridDespite spending heavy cash in the summer transfer window to sign Christian Benteke from Aston Villa, Liverpool are still in need of a clinical goalscorer.
If reports are anything to go by then the Reds are ready to secure the signing of another striker in the summer window.
According to reports (Express via Tuttosport) Liverpool are lining up a move of 31 million pounds to sign Juve and Spanish striker Alvaro Morata as Klopp looks to replace Benteke at Anfield.

The Spanish international has been in brilliant from since leaving Real Madrid and has become one of Juventus’ key players. This season, the La Roja star has directly contributed in 18 goals for the Old Lady in 40 games. Over all, the Spaniard has scored 78 goals in his career so far (Transfermarkt).
Morata can play in multiple attacking positions which is a major plus for Klopp’s style of play. As per the provided Express link, Madrid have a clause of 23 million pounds to buy Morata back. Moreover, the likes of Arsenal are linked with him as well. We shall see how the transfer saga unfolds in the coming months.

    Emphasis is on attackers, what about our (liverpool) defenders-that was what handed us the lose against southampton.

    We need a major overhaul to say the least. The current players are simply not good enough with some few exceptions:
    Players to let go ideally would be:
    Benteke, Lallana, Allen, Mignolet, Skrtel, Moreno, Toure …. and maybe even the ineffective Henderson – nowhere near being the perfect captain, like Gerrard was.

    why not signing him with his pace and style of play? he is a hardworker but we should also consider solidifyng the defence
