Jurgen Klopp DortmundLiverpool fans are delighted with the fact that now they have Jurgen Klopp as the first team manager but the German’s first game in charge against Spurs is by no means easy.

To make matters more difficult, the Reds will be without four key summer signings. Joe Gomez and Danny Ings have been ruled out (Independent) for the rest of the season.

On the other hand, Roberto Firmino and star striker Christian Benteke will miss (Daily Star) the game against the North Londoners as well.

The only top striker available for selection is injury prone Daniel Sturridge and Liverpool fans will hope he can come up with the goods to trouble Spurs on Saturday.

Klopp’s favorite formation is 4-2-3-1 and that will probably be used against Tottenham as well. Coutinho, Lallana and Ibe may start in the attack behind Sturridge. Can and Milner should start in the midfield.

Clyne might be the only summer signing to start for Klopp. Here is Liverpool’s probable starting XI vs Spurs.
