Chelsea have a Complete Squad: Where do they Need Signings

Chelsea comfortably and deservedly won the Premier League title under the management of Jose Mourinho.

Boring or not so boring, Jose did the job once again and the criticism really does not matter when you have earned the winning medal.

However, Mourinho will be disappointed with Chelsea’s European campaign. An early exit in the Champions League was not expected from such strong squad.

The question arises, where do Chelsea need to strengthen this summer as they already have a complete squad.

The defense remains rock solid with a world class goalie, best central defense partnership in Cahill and Terry with a backup of talented Zouma who can also play as DM. Three quality fullbacks in the form of Ivanovic, Azpilicueta and Luis.

Matic is arguably one of the best holding midfileders in the world. Zouma performed the job well and they also have Mikel in the backup. World Class Fabregas in creative/attacking midfield with Ramires and youngsters as backup.

Willian, Oscar, Cuadrado and player of the year Hazard make a top attacking midfield. Remy can fit in to so can Fabregas when needed further upfront.

The strikeforce is perhaps the main department where Mourinho needs to reinforce this summer.

Diego Costa, their top scorer has been regularly on the scoresheet but also found himself on the treatment table quite often. Remy and Drogba were two backups but Blues need more quality and depth and must sign another quality striker/secondary striker in the transfer window.

Chelsea are currently linked with Napoli striker Gonzalo Higuain. Will Mourinho look to re-unite with the Argentine star?
