Manchester United earned back qualification into the Champions League in the first season under the management of Louis van Gaal.
However, the job is about to get tougher now. The Red Devils must splash cash to sign world class players and compete for the Premier League title next season.

According to reports, Manchester United have reached agreement to sign Ilkay Gundogan from Bundesliga side Borussia Dortmund in the summer transfer window.
Although price is not mentioned in the above given link but previously it has been reported that the fee might be 30 million Euros for the Germany international.

Manchester united should sign another defensive midfielder in the form of Sami Khedira to act as an enforcer and a cover to the back four. Man U should forget about signing a defender as Daley Blind will be drafted into central defence. Tom Thorpe leaving Man U will be a huge regret in future as he’s been an inspirational captain in the academy.
My only concern is his injury status, much has been insinuated that he’s injury prone. Otherwise get the deal done and dusted.
Thus good to re inforce the defensive midfield but i totally disagree about the selling the strikers like Chicharito and Henriques.
Honestly, what man utd required right now is to fortify (1) the defense (2) the midfield and (3) the attack. The club is lack seriously in these three major areas. The players sometimes are afraid to take bold steps in order to make an impart. They are equally lacking mobility and good coordination. They seems not to take the slightest opportunity when they do not shoot at sight. If this areas are taken care of, I am sure certain the club will be victorious next season. quote me. “Quote me.”
Truly Manutd need a commanding center back and an offensive midfielder who can break down defenses. Towards the end of the season I saw the united team with a lot of possession but failing to tore apart defenses and ended losing games they dominated. A dribbling midfielder is required to penetrate defenses.
Buying Ikay Gundogan,will be a good plus for Man united midfield.But the defence also need re-enforcement and more attacking option.I will want the likes of Otamendi,Mats Hummel and Eziqiel Gary for the defence.The Chicharito and Nani coming back from loan,should be retained and atleast on new addition for the attack and then try as much as possible to keep the number one glove man in EPL(David De Gea).Then and then,Man United can go to any length next season.

if Ilkay Gundogan will be joined Manchester United after Memphis Depay but still there is lack of skilled players to compete the Premier League as well Champions League.
If Madrid want De gea they should pay a world record fee of Around £85m bcoz they getting away with our great players on the cheap especially De gea he is still very young for a goal keeper so Man Utd should tell Madrid £ 85m to £100m period for our priceless possessing or else they must give Man Utd both Ronaldo n Bale plus cash then we can talk business !!!!!!!!!

Bringing Gundogan to man utd is a good pleasure, but we stil need striker. I heard that man utd want to sign Benzema which will b good addition and again we don’t need somebody like Dante because we need young and fresh blood players
