Manchester United are interested in signing new attacking players in the summer transfer window.
However, Louis van Gaal is well aware of the importance of current crop and wants his key stars to be there next season.
One of the most improved players this season has been Ashley Young and the England international has been highly significant in Man United’s 6 game winning run in the league.

Young deserves a new 3yr contract as he’s been one of United’s best players showing his versatility to the team by keeping the likes of Di Maria and Shaw out of the team at times this season, players who can fill in at different positions without upsetting the balance of the team are vital so i’ll be happy to have him around for a few more years to come!
Van Gaal has his sights set on completing his new look squad this summer and it seems that he’s been busy behind the scenes getting his top targets in place, i’m sure that deals are already in place for the following players to join United in July and for the door to open and allow current players to leave:

I would love to see united get pogba back. Its at him a disgrace that we are in the situation that we are, We had this player on our books and didnt give him the chances to play. Now hes proven that he is the real deal at juve and we are gonna have to fork out 60 0r 70 million to get a player we already had. Sir Alex is a united legend but no ones perfect and he made mistakes too. I know that Pogba has stated that he still loves United as a club and that it was SAF not giving him a chance that caused him to leave, I know that Juve have coveted both Van Persie this season and Nani last season, I know that Juve have stated that Pogba is for sale at the rite price, I know that LVG has stated that he admires Pogba and i’ve read various reports stating that a deal of either 54m plus Van Persie or 30m plus Van Persie and Nani is possible this summer so I hope like every other United fan that this happens!
It wouldn’t b the 1st time a club has let a player go at a young age only to buy him back once he has the experience to hold down a regular 1st team spot, Matic springs to mind but I don’t hold it against Pogba for leaving United to further himself as to his credit he was determined to prove SAF was wrong in not giving him his chance and now he’s worth 60m so United may learn to trust their youth players more especially with the youngster Pereira who could leave this summer too!
Pogba is a world class player no doubt, but let’s face it – he’s shown so much resentment over the past few years towards United, that his dedication will be mildly put questionable. The guy has been such a disrespectful twat that now (at the time it didn’t, I admit) it makes some sense why Ferguson decided not to rely on him. Just look at how he tried to influence Andreas Perreira to sign with Juventus for free this year – that’s simply ridiculous and shows how bitter that guy actually is! Yes, it was a mistake not giving him more first team chances, but sometimes character, dedication and putting the team’s needs first are worth much more than sheer talent. If I had to choose between a world class midfielder and the greatest manager EVER guess what my choice (and every other United fan) should be.
we need to srenghthen in every area apart from goalkeepers, as long as de gea stays. if rvp, falcao do leave as expected, weneed at least 1 more top quality striker. khederia apparentlyb wants to come for free. but on 200k a week, but with no transfer fee surely hes worth that. if he was still under contract he wouldnt be sold for any thing less than 25 or 30 million. hes a world cup winner, champions league winner. Dani alves is another it seems in same boat. Roberto Firmino deal looks like is on. Jurgen klopp resigning today most likely to go to city, so hummels deal could be out the window. As could our interest in reus. looking forward to the summer to see who we get and who goes. But hopefully there will be a couple of marquis signings coming in. maybe ronaldo who knows…
