It will be fair to say that up till now Manchester United’s season has been a major disappointment under Louis van Gaal.
Taking into consideration the heavy expenditure done to sign quality players and with no involvement in Europe, United have been largely inconsistent and very rare performed impressively.
Shocking elimination at the first hurdle of league cup against MK Dons and a home ground defeat against rivals Arsenal in FA Cup were never going to go down well with the fans.
The supporters expected Untied to challenge for the title but what is left for them is to ensure a CL place. If they fail to do so, the season will surely be regarded as a complete failure and Van Gaal will be under immense pressure.
Not to forget, United are just two points behind second place City and finishing second may as well help in forgetting their overall awful season.
Whatever the case, Manchester United must sign more top quality players in the summer transfer window.
The likes of Juan Mata, Angel Di Maria and Radamel Falcao are world class names but for one reason or the other do not seem to fit in Van Gaal’s plans.
Hence, the Red Devils are looking to reinforce attacking setup and one superstar heavily linked is Dutch international Memphis Depay.
According to reports, Depay has agreed to sign for Manchester United and fans should be extremely delighted as the PSV star is a gifted talent and can become one of the best playmakers in the world.

Man U should get Depay and a box to box midfielder. Man U should bring in a player from the academy to pay as a defensive midfielder and forget about Pogba. Pogba has gone and he should be forgotten. We have Nick Powel and Paddy Mcnair. Mcnair plays as a defensive midfielder before he was converted to a defender. If Juventus had not use Pogba wisely we wouldn’t have known about his talents. We have so much talents in our academy.
Depay will be a good signing including a DF like godin or hummels then a finisher like lewandowski bcus he has nt settled at bayern and a top class MF###

Midfielders: Vidal, Sniedjer, Modric, David garay, Nigel de jong, Kevin de bruyne, Gundogan.
Strikers: Depays, Cavani, Lacakazette, Lewandoski, Son(bayer leverkusen)
