Arsenal fans are not going to love this news as their former captain Cesc Fabregas is interested in joining Red Devils.
According to reports, the former Gunner and current Catalan is keen on joining Manchester United under new manager Louis van Gaal.
Arsenal sold the versatile midfielder in 2011 but since then they have been hoping to lure him back.
Now that Barcelona do not need him, Arsenal and Manchester United are in the running but as per the provided link, €37m star wants a new challenge and hence wants Man United instead of his former club where he spent 8 long years.
Moreover, United are more keen on signing him because they have massive midfield concerns.
Whereas, Arsenal do not really need a central midfield star that bad when they do have quality options like Ramsey and Wilshere at their disposal as well.
United will not be playing in Champions League, a competition that Fabregas has not won yet in his career, but during the 8 year stay in England, he could not even win the premier league as well.
The Red Devils will have a huge transfer kitty and may as well lure more than a few top quality stars like Fabregas to mount a title challenge next season.
Arsenal fans will be gutted if their hero ends up joining Manchester United like Robin van Persie did 2 years back. If Gunners do want him, they must splash the cash to lure him asap.

well, it has become more hard for every united fanz to believe any news regarding man united transfers now because of their failure to land some of their targeted players last summer. may be this is as result of headwood lack of transfer xperience nobody knows.
