Manchester United badly need to reinforce their attack this month and are linked with a Brazilian winger in the form of Lucas Moura.
Two days back, we covered a report (via Le10Sport) claiming that Manchester United have launched a surprise approach to sign the Samba star in the winter transfer window.
Now, according to the Sun, Jose Mourinho is desperate to hire the services of Moura by agreeing a loan deal with PSG. However, it is mentioned that the French club want a fee worth 40 million pounds ($54million) in a permanent deal next summer.
The 25-year-old attacker was in good form for the French giants last season. He scored 19 goals and provided 11 assists in 53 appearances.
Things have drastically changed for him this season as he is yet to start a game for the club since the arrival of compatriot Neymar from Barcelona.
As per the provided Sun link, Moura is looking to sign for Manchester United. He has been in discussion with Chinese club Beijing Guoan but would prefer to move to the Red Devils if a deal can be secured.
Lucas has played more than 30 games for the senior national side and he must push for a move away from PSG this month to have any chance of featuring for Brazil in the World Cup.
