Manchester United already have a world class creative midfielder in the form of Paul Pogba and now reports are linking them with another top midfielder.
According to reports going on in the Spanish media, Toni Kroos’ future at Real Madrid is up in the air.
As per Don Balon, Los Blancos president Florentino Perez is planning to sign Neymar and for that he is ready to sell Toni Kroos to Manchester United.
On Monday, the Spanish source stated that the World Cup winning star has not been at his best this season and Perez could sell him for a fee of more than 100 million euros ($120million).
The 27-year-old star is one of the best midfielders in the world and he has been fantastic for the Spanish giants since joining the club from Bayern Munich. Therefore, Madrid would clearly be making a mistake if they opt to sell him.
In the current campaign, Kroos has so far featured in 13 league games, scored 2 goals and provided 1 assist. His current contract with Real Madrid will expire in 2022 and he earns around £325,000-a-week (Star).
In your opinion, should Mourinho splash the cash to lure Toni for Manchester United?
