Bad for Liverpool – Arsenal have Made Proposal to Sign €75million Clause Star

Arsenal failed to qualify for this season’s Champions League and they may even fail to qualify for next year’s competition if they do not adequately strengthen the team this month.
As far as the transfer news is concerned, a certain Brazilian star is linked with a move to the Emirates.
According to Don Balon, with the arrival of Coutinho at Barcelona, the future of Rafinha is up in the air. The Samba midfielder was a bench warmer last season and we can expect that he will not get much game time now that Philippe has arrived.

Not to forget, the 24-year-old midfielder has mainly been on the treatment table this season and has not featured in single game for the Catalan giants as yet.
In the last campaign, he started 18 games for the Spanish club and directly contributed in 12 goals (7 goals and 5 assists).
As per the provided Don Balon link, he has received three proposals, from Celta Vigo and Inter Milan but the big proposal is the one Arsene Wenger has put on the table as he looks to replace Mesut Ozil.
Liverpool have been interested in signing Rafinha, who has a €75million release clause in his contract (FCB). On December 31st, (Don Balon) the Reds wanted Rafinha as part of the deal to sell Coutinho. They would not like the Brazilian to end up at Arsenal.

First I’m hearing that Liverpool wanted to sign Rafinha. I’m pretty sure if we seriously did and Klopp got to talk with him, he wouldn’t be choosing Arsenal over Liverpool.

Give me a break. Arsenal Wil never pay that for him. Wenger can’t even count that high. Wenger is not going to buy anyone. And if he does its going to be a bunch of shit. Arsenal is in big trouble and no one wants to realise it. No wonder all the good players want to leave
