He’s Like Ballack – Liverpool Sent Reps to Watch Attacking Midfielder

As far as the latest transfer news is concerned, Liverpool are interested in young German international Kai Havertz.

According to Daily Mail, Liverpool, Arsenal and Manchester United sent their scouts to watch the 18-year-old Bayer Leverkusen attacking midfielder and were surely impressed as he netted four goals for the German U-19 team against Belarus on Wednesday.

The teenage sensation has already broken into the first team of the Bundesliga club. Last season, he started 15 league games for the first team of Bayer Leverkusen and directly contributed in 10 goals (4 goals and 6 assists).

This season, he has played 5 games in all competitions but is yet to get on the score-sheet. Kai can play anywhere in the attacking midfield and also as a secondary striker if needed. As per the provided Daily Mail link, Havertz has been compared to the likes of Ballack and Ozil. In your opinion, should Klopp sign him?
