I'd Start Coutinho vs Man City – Former Liverpool Star

Jurgen Klopp DortmundLiverpool and Manchester City will collide at the Etihad Stadium next weekend. Who will come out on top?
The Merseysiders were brilliant in the last league game against Arsenal but playing a new look and much improved Man City side is going to be a huge test.
The Reds defeated the Citizens at Anfield last season and earned a point away from home as well. Can they upset Guardiola on Saturday? We shall see.
As far as the team news is concerned for the Anfield club, star playmaker Philippe Coutinho has been name in the PL squad and also in the Champions League squad by Jurgen Klopp.

The Brazilian international was heavily linked with a move to Barcelona in the summer transfer window but the Reds made sure that he stayed.
Former Liverpool star Stan Collymore has stated in his column (Mirror) that if Coutinho is fit and ready then he’d get him straight into the starting XI vs Manchester City.
The former Inter Milan playmaker has not kicked a ball for Liverpool this season but played and scored for Brazil vs Ecuador few days ago. Moreover, we can expect him to feature tonight against Colombia in the WC qualifier as well.

Why not start with him if he is fit enough. His presence in any game is a treat for the opponent.

those who agree with this guy are totally nuts. He hasnt played this intense sort of match in quite some time..playing against ecuador and whoever else the brazilian team played against doesn’t compare. Honestly i wanted him to leave especially after putting in the request to do so. Rather a player be sold if he wants to be. For me you sit him..make the bench? Sure, but not right into the starting 11! without him we’ve shown we arent a one man army but “WE ARE LIVERPOOL” and as far as i can see we are doing pretty good with out him. Who would he come straight in for? Id be surprised if klopp started with him then again i was equally surprised to see karius get the start in the arsenal match..so we shall see
