Sturridge Starts – Liverpool’s Predicted 4-2-3-1 XI vs Palace

Liverpool have conceded 4 goals in the first two games of the season and they must solve the defensive dilemma sooner rather than later if they want to challenge for big prizes this season.

The Reds will collide against Crystal Palace tomorrow in their first home game of the season. Who will come out on top? Not to forget, Benteke was the chief tormentor as the Eagles defeated Liverpool at Anfield last season.

As far as Liverpool’s team news is concerned, Sturridge is expected to be ready (LFC) for the game and he should return to the starting XI.

Klopp must utilize a more attacking 4-2-3-1 formation at home instead of the usual 4-3-3 and he must get Henderson out of the starting XI. The England international was poor vs Watford and Hoffenheim.

Spanish international Alberto Moreno somehow retained his starting place for the Champions League contest but he should be ousted as well. We can expect Robertson to make his debut tomorrow.

Here is Liverpool’s strongest possible 4-2-3-1 XI vs Palace.
