After Liverpool Offer – Club have Raised Clause to €150million

Liverpool and other top clubs have been linked with Spanish international and Real Madrid attacker Marco Asensio this summer.
The 21-year-old versatile star rose to fame in the last campaign under the management of Zinedine Zidane and therefore, attracted interest from big teams.
Two days back, Spanish source Diario Gol claimed that the La Roja player is considering his future because he wants to get more game time this season and the likes of Liverpool, Juventus and Arsenal have submitted offers for him as well.

However, as per the latest update provided by Mundo Deportivo, to stop the pursuit of the suitors, the European Champions have agreed a new deal with the talented starlet and have raised the release clause from 80 million euros to 150 million euros.
The Spanish outlet have claimed that it is surprising that Real Madrid have not officially publicized the news of this vital agreement. Moreover, it is stated that the new clause is not so big taking into consideration that he is one of the best young talents around and Neymar was sold for 222 million euros.
In the last campaign, Asensio only started 11 league games for the Los Blancos, scored 3 goals and provided 2 assists.
As far as Liverpool are concerned, they already have more than a few quality attackers in the team and for now, they must focus on strengthening other key departments.
