Liverpool are keen on hiring the services of Naby Keita from Leipzig and are ready to offer another big money move to complete his signing.
Two days back, we covered a report (via Bild) claiming that Liverpool made a move worth 65 million euros to sign the Guinean international but the offer was rejected by the Bundesliga side.
More recently, Mirror have come up with a report and claimed that Liverpool are ready to splash a huge fee of 70 million pounds (€79million) in the hope to finally get Keita, who is desperate to move to Anfield this summer.
Reports going on in the media have basically suggested that Keita is rated around 70 million pounds (BBC). So it will be intriguing to see what Leipzig will do if Liverpool do offer the mentioned sum.
As per the provided Mirror link, the German club want to hold on to Keita no matter what, however the good news for Liverpool is that the the 22-year-old versatile midfielder is ready to force Leipzig into a sale.
Naby featured in over 30 league games in the last campaign and directly contributed in no fewer than 16 goals (8 goals and 8 assists).
In your opinion, is Naby Keita really worth 70 million pounds after just a single season of top flight football?
