Manchester United have been interested in Tottenham star Eric Dier for a long time and Mourinho is ready to break the bank to sign him.
According to Mirror, the North Londoners are not prepared to sell the England international at any price but the Portuguese manager has told Ed Woodward to make a huge offer worth 60 million pounds to somehow secure his signature.
As per the provided Mirror link, the $90,000-a-week midfielder is keen on moving to Manchester United despite signing a contract with Spurs last September.
The former Sporting CP player is versatile talent who has proved to be solid for Spurs both in the midfield and in the defense.
Spurs signed a strong DM in the form of Wanyama last summer even when Dier performed the role brilliantly in the 2015-16 campaign. After the move, Pochettino opted to use Victor in the midfield and Dier in the back line.
In the last campaign, Dier featured in 36 league games under the management of Mauricio Pochettino and scored 2 goals.
