Chelsea have Signed Antonio Rudiger – Probable Lineup

Chelsea have completed their first major signing of the summer transfer window by hiring the services of German international Antonio Rudiger from Serie A side Roma.
The Giallorossi finished second in the Italian league last season and directly qualified for the group stages of the Champions League. They need to strengthen the squad this summer, however, so far they have let key players leave the club.
Not so long ago, Mohamed Salah joined Liverpool. The Egyptian international directly contributed in over 30 goals last season.
On the other hand, Rudiger was Roma’s key first choice central defender and performed brilliantly for them in the last two campaigns. He will now be playing in Conte’s defense after Chelsea signed a five year contract (CFC) with him.
The 24-year-old star was a key member of the German team that recently won the Confederations Cup held in Russia. Rudiger made his senior international debut back in 2014 and in total, he has made 17 appearances for Germany
The likes of Cahill, Luiz and Azpilicueta lined up in Chelsea’s back line last season and they were solid. The question, is who will Rudiger replace in Conte’s starting XI.
David and Cesar are versatile defenders who have contributed in the attacking third more than Cahill. Luis is a set-piece specialist and Azpilicueta provided 7 assists in the last campaign.
Rudiger is also a versatile talent, he can play effectively in the central defense and also as a fullback. We expect him to replace Cahill in the starting XI.
