Manchester United Determined to Sign €57million Rated Eric Dier

Tottenham Hotspur have done brilliantly under the management of Mauricio Pochettino and to progress next season, the Argentine boss must hold on to all his key stars this summer.
If reports in the media are anything to go by then Manchester United remain heavily linked with Spurs midfielder Eric Dier.
Yesterday, Telegraph claimed that Mourinho has made the club clear that he wants to sign the 23-year-old star and would like him to to replace veteran Michael Carrick. The report says that the North Londoners are demanding a huge fee of 50 million pounds (€57million) for their prized asset.

Today, Daily Mail have reported that United are keen on signing the former Sporting CP star but Tottenham are not ready to listen to any offers and are not willing to put any price on him.
Dier is naturally a central defensive midfielder and in the 2015-16 campaign he was brilliant for Spurs as a play breaker in the center of the park.
However, last season, the former Southampton manager mainly used him in the defense. As per the provided Daily Mail link, Eric is open to moving to Old Trafford, where he would be able to play in his preferred midfield position and earn higher wages as well.
In the last campaign, the versatile star featured in 48 games in all competitions for Spurs, scored 2 goals and provided 2 assists.
