Offer Already Made – Klopp Clear to Agree £275,000-a-week Star Signing for Liverpool

Liverpool registered a crucial win last night against the Hornets and are now a step closer to qualifying for the Champions League.
The Reds need to sign a top out and out center forward in the summer transfer window if they are to challenge for the PL title next season and also compete against the best of teams in the continent in the CL.
Daniel Sturridge and Danny Ings have remained injury prone and Divock Origi is by no means a top quality striker.
Last month, Don Balon claimed that five clubs, including Liverpool, moved in with offers to sign French international and Real Madrid star Karim Benzema.
If the latest update is anything to go by then Klopp is clear to sign the former Lyon star as he wants to leave the La Liga giants this summer. The Spanish source state that Benzema has asked his agent that he must listen to the offers that come to the table.
Since the departure of Luis Suarez in 2014, no Liverpool player has been able to score 20 league goals in a season. Sadio Mane was fantastic for the Reds this season. He scored 13 goals but then got injured on 1st April against Everton.
A proven quality goalscorer like Benzema can surely solve the strike-force conundrum for the Reds but the Les Bleus star is not going to come for cheap. Moreover, he is currently earning £275,000-a-week (Star) with the reigning European Champions and Liverpool will probably have to break their pay structure to secure his signature.
Karim has so far netted 17 goals and provided 7 assists in 42 appearances for the Los Blancos this season. He will turn 30 later this year. In your opinion, should Liverpool splash the cash to sign Benzema?
