Not Keane – Man Utd to Get $104,000-a-week Star Deal Done

Manchester United have only earned a single point from their last three league games and Mourinho is clearly focusing on the Europa League final at the moment.
The former Blues boss is ready to sign top quality players in the summer transfer window for and recent reports have suggested that he wants three Tottenham stars at Old Trafford in the form of Dier, Walker and Rose (via Star).
Moreover, earlier in the day, we covered a report (via Daily Mail) claiming that United are set to re-sign Michael Keane from Burnley.
Apart from signing new quality stars, Mourinho is keen on holding on to his key players and Michael Carrick is one of them.
The veteran international has impressed the Portuguese boss and now reports suggest that United are set to sign a one year deal to extend his stay (ESPN).
Carrick was signed by Alex Ferguson, he has played over 450 games for the Red Devils and won all the major prizes including the Premier League 5 times and the Champions League once. He would love to win the Europa League medal as well.
Michael’s current contract with the Old Trafford club will expire in June and he earns around (Star) £80,000-a-week ($104,000-a-week).
In the current campaign, so far, the 35-year-old midfielder has featured in 37 games in all competitions for United, scored one goal and provided an assist as well. In your opinion, does he deserve a contract extension?
