Not Joe – Mourinho Ready to Agree $39million Star Signing for Man Utd

In the past few seasons, Spanish international David De Gea has been Man United’s best player by some distance and the Red Devils must hold on to him.
However, reports suggest that the former Atletico Madrid goalie is expected to sign for Real Madrid this summer and United are eyeing Joe Hart as his replacement (The Sun).
Moreover, as per another exclusive report covered by the Sun, Leicester City’s Kasper Schmeichel is high on Mourinho’s wishlist as well. The report stated that the former Man City goalie has recently changed his agent, who has strong links with the Old Trafford club.
Not to forget, his father, Peter Schmeichel is a Man United legend and that fact could also be influential if the goalie wishes to leave the Foxes.
Kasper was brilliant for Leicester last season in their title winning campaign under the management of Claudio Ranieri and he is still one of the key members of the team.
The Foxes have under-performed big time this season and it will not come as any surprise if some of their star players leave the club this summer.
The 30-year-old Danish goalie has so far featured in 26 league games in the current campaign and kept 8 clean sheets.
As per the provided Sun link, even Man City are interested in securing his signature. Moreover, in recent months, Liverpool have been linked (Express) with the £30million rated star ($39million) as well.
In your opinion, is Schmeichel good enough to replace De Gea?
