Not Benzema – Klopp Ready to Agree "Decisive" €200,000-a-week Star Signing for Liverpool

Chelsea have mainly utilized Cesc Fabregas as an impact substitute this season and it will not come as any surprise if the Spaniard leaves the Stamford Bridge club in the summer transfer window.
According to an exclusive report covered by Express, Manchester United’s Jose Mourinho and Liverpool’s Jurgen Klopp are ready to battle for the signature of the 29-year-old midfielder.
The former Arsenal star is without doubt a proven quality midfielder and was a key member of the Chelsea side that won the title under Jose Mourinho back in 2015.
Cesc is an experienced and a decorated star who has won two European Championships and a World Cup with the senior national side.
This season, he has featured in 33 games for the Blues, scored 6 goals and provided 12 assists. However, it must be noted that so far, he has only started 10 league games under the management of Antonio Conte, who has mainly preferred Matic and Kante in his starting XI.
The La Roja star played just 8 minutes in the last league game vs Everton and was able to provide an assist. Praising the Spanish international, the Italian boss claimed (Daily Mail):

“I think Cesc is a player in this part of the season is showing to be decisive in every moment. If he starts the game [or if] he came on during the game.”

As per the provided Express link, the Milan clubs are interested in hiring his services as well but Cesc does not want to move to Italy and would like to stay in England.
As far as Liverpool are concerned, they can attract him by qualifying for the Champions League but can they meet his wage demands? The Reds signed a new contract with star playmaker Coutinho, who is now the highest earner at the club and getting around £150,000-a-week (Star).
Fabregas’ current contract with the Blues will expire in 2019 and Express have mentioned that he is earning £170,000-a-week (€200,000-a-week). In your opinion, is Cesc better/more creative than the current crop of Liverpool midfielders?
