Mourinho Ready to Finally Agree $44million Playmaker Signing for Man Utd

Tottenham have been chasing the signature of Everton star Ross Barkley for quite some time but now reports suggest that even Manchester United are looking to hire his services.
According to Mirror, the North Londoners were considered favorites to sign the 23-year-old England international, however, Jose Mourinho is ready to make a big money move to secure the deal.
The report says that Mourinho tried to sign Barkley when he was in charge of Chelsea and now he is set to finally swoop for the £35million ($44million) star (ES), whose current contract with the Toffees will expire in 2018.
Everton have done well in their first season under the management of Ronald Koeman and Barkley has been one of their best players.
Ross is mainly a central attacking midfielder but he can effectively be deployed anywhere in the attacking setup and even in the central midfield if required. Such versatility is needed to improve Man United.
In the current campaign, the Evertonian star has featured in 31 league games, scored 4 goals and also provided 9 assists.
As per the provided Mirror link, the Dutch boss wants Rooney at Goodison Park and the two clubs could discuss a deal involving Wayne and Barkley in the coming months. In your opinion, is Barkley good enough to improve the Old Trafford club?

If Mourinho buys Barkley it would be a vary poor transfer decision as the player is over-hyped and over-priced !
Frankly they would do better by buying Alexis Sanchez or even Williams.
