The French striker has not been in top form this season and may as well depart the Bernabeu at the end of the current campaign. Karim has only netted 9 times in 24 league outings for the La Liga giants this season.
According to Spanish source Don Balon, five clubs have moved in with offers to sign the former Olympique Lyon center forward and Liverpool are one of them.
The Reds have lacked a world class striker since the departure of Uruguayan star Luis Suarez. In your opinion, is Karim good enough to solve Liverpool’s strike-force conundrum.
However, signing him is not going be easy. Firstly, the Reds must guarantee Champions League football and then they would have to pay him a huge salary as well.
At the moment, Liverpool’s current highest earner is Brazilian playmaker Philippe Coutinho, who signed a new deal that will come into effect in the summer and will make him earn £150,000-a-week.
Karim Benzema is getting around £275,000-a-week (Star) with the Los Blancos and his current deal will expire in 2019. It is highly unlikely that the Merseysiders will break their pay structure to seal a deal with the 29-year-old striker.
As per the provided Don Balon link, Internazionale, AC Milan and PSG are also interested in signing Benzema.

If only we could fail to qualify for the champions league then we would goo for him. Since we are going to qualify, ‘twinkle, twinkle, little star; who the hell does he think he is? How am I sure that in a three legged competition his current team can come up with 33.33% against my current lfc? It’s time we shun any player who is interested in joining clubs with champions league ticket.
