Terms Agreed – Spurs Seal Versatile Player Deal

Pochettino-TottenhamTottenham Hotspur have signed the likes of Victor Wanyama (Southampton) and Vincent Jannsen (AZ Alkmaar) this summer to reinforce the quality of their squad for next season.
The North Londoners must hold onto the key players who are part of the current squad and Austrian defender Kevin Wimmer is perhaps one of them.
The 23-year-old defender joined Spurs in the last summer’s transfer window. Yesterday, Tottenham confirmed on their official website that Wimmer has signed a new 5 year deal with improved terms.
The former Koln defender is a versatile player who is mainly a center back but can also play effectively in the left fullback position as well.
Last season, Wimmer warmed the bench in the first half of the season and made his Premeir League debut on 23rd January against Crystal Palace away from home.
Overall, Kevin made 21 appearances in all competitions for Tottenham last season and settled very quickly. (Picture: Getty)
