Tottenham Agree Brilliant Deal Worth $40 million

At the start of the season, it will be fair to say that not many Tottenham supporters thought that the team will be challenging for the title.
Few of their key objectives were to qualify for the next season’s UEFA Champions League and finish above arch rivals Arsenal.
The North Londoners have already sealed a spot in the group stages of the Europe’s elite competition and are set to end the season above the Gunners as well.
Argentine boss Mauricio Pochettino has been brilliant for Spurs and has constantly improved the side since joining the club two seasons ago. The former Southampton manager has been able to unite the squad and create a mix of youth and experience to help the club progress.
Hence, a new contract was always going to be sealed and Spurs have officially confirmed today that Pochettino has signed a new long term deal with the club.
As per reports (Daily Mail), the five year deal is believed to be worth ($40m) $8 million per year.
