"Magnificent" Star Ready to Seal Liverpool Move – Must Sign

Liverpool FCLiverpool have not been able to replace Luis Suarez since the Uruguayan departed to Spanish side Barcelona two seasons ago.
The Reds have wasted cash on players like Balotelli and Benteke and now they must sign a prolific forward in the summer transfer window.
If reports are anything to go by then a world class Argentine striker is interested in moving to Anfield.
According to Mirror, Napoli forward Gonzalo Higuain is keen on joining Liverpool and wants to play under the management of Jurgen Klopp.
The 28-year-old South American star had a brilliant campaign with the Italian side. He made a new Serie A record by scoring 36 goals in 35 games. Over all, the former Real Madrid star scored 38 goals and provided 3 assists in 42 games for Napoli last season.
Higuain is a “magnificent” (Goal) proven quality player and easily better than all the forwards that Liverpool have in their squad. Goes without saying that Liverpool must splash the cash and sign him as soon as possible.

With this guy’s record this year and his age (28?) and his liking for Liverpool FC I am currently wondering if I’ve died and woken up in footballing heaven!!!
Oh, My God, Beam Me Up Kloppy! If we don’t go for this guy, if only to annoy United, I’m going to ring Dignitas and book myself in.
We’ve been short of a top-notch striker since Suarez left, with several utter disasters and Sturridge looking as if he could hurt his groin doing his zip up after a wee so I’ve got serious doubts about whether we can rely on him for a full season . . . which is what we need.
No, this guy is quality and there ain’t much quality around so when you hear that a player of this guy’s quality, and age, is announcing that he wants to play for LFC you get a bid in straight away – and a serious one rather than a typical LFC bid of half what he is worth in the vain hope the selling club will be brain-dead on the day the bid is received – and you get the name Gonzalo Higuaín on a contract NOW!!!
Are you listening Mr Klopp? No real down-side to this deal, if it goes ahead. Might cost serious money but for somebody who more-or-less scores a goal a game in a relatively good league I can live with that. Add a couple of pence to the cost of meat pies in the club’s food bars if you must but get him!
Mind you, this is Liverpool. How many times have we had opportunities to sign quality and had it snatched away because we waste too much time hoping the selling club will accept silly money . . . about half what they want. I’ll be seriously upset if we lose out on this one because he is a damn good player! He’s asking to come here, for Heaven’s sake!
