Tottenham Very Serious about Signing In Form Playmaker

Pochettino-TottenhamTottenham have to strengthen their squad in the summer transfer window by signing proven quality players and talented youngsters to challenge the best of teams in Europe.
If reports are anything to go by then it seems that Spurs are very serious about luring the 24-year-old in-form star.
According to Daily Mail, Spurs are stepping up interest to sign Peruvian international Christian Cueva who currently plays for Mexican club Toluca.
As per the provided Mail link, Tottenham scouts were present to monitor the £15m rated star Tuesday night when Peru played Uruguay. This is not the first time Spurs have scouted him. Talksport reported a few days back that Spurs have studied him closely this season and the Board will contact Toluca for a possible deal at the end of the season.

The versatile star can play anywhere in the attack but his preferred position is the left wing. This season, he has directly contributed in 12 goals (5 goals and 7 assists).
Christian has featured 6 times for the national side but has not scored a goal yet. Spurs already have more than a few quality attackers in the squad. First, they must focus on luring an out and out forward.
In your opinion, should Spurs sign Cueva?
