Liverpool in Pole Position to Seal Versatile Star Signing

Alvaro Morata Real MadridWill Liverpool be able to reinforce their squad before the winter transfer window ends tomorrow night? Only time will tell but they are surely linked with a few players who can make them stronger.
One certain player in the limelight is Juventus and Spanish star Alvaro Morata.
According to reports (Liverpool Echo via Calciomercato), Liverpool are currently leading the race to sign the former Real Madrid star.

As per the provided Liverpool Echo link, the likes of Chelsea and Spurs are also interested in signing the versatile attacking star but the Italian champions Juventus do not really want to sell.
Morata was a pivotal member of the squad that nearly won the treble for the Old Lady and it makes complete sense that they hold onto him.
However, the La Roja star has not been in great form this season. He has netted 7 goals and provided 5 assists in 29 games for Juve (Transfermarkt). Whether or not Liverpool will sign anyone on the deadline day, we shall see.

Liverpool need to get rid of Ian Ayre, , he constantly is liverpool problem. If liverpool want to challenge for the league or top four spot they need to spend on world class players, get your hands in your pockets and stop fc king around and sign Alex, show you mean business and compete for everything.
All you seem to do is be penny wise pound foolish and sign cheap no mark players that’s can’t do the business.
get a grip liverpool get rid of Ian are and bring someone in who can do real business for club and supporters.

7 goals and 5 assists in 29 games is hardly mind-blowing is it? It is very much a talented player. Maybe, despite his goals, he just has not really settled at Juventus or in Italy. I would like to think, if Liverpool were looking for someone in the attacking front, they would be capable of producing a lot more.

What’s all the whoa about morata. Not a player for lfc. We buy players at top prices who don’t fit the style of play. Morata is overrated and he has done kinda ok st juve because that league is not so strenuous as the EPL. He won’t cut it in the EPL so just forget abt him. Another benteke in the making if we sign him.

This club has still not learnt the lessons from the Imposters (Rodgers) time in charge. This guy along with the tIan Ayre and the rest of the brainless transfer committee wasting millions on very ordinary players who quite frankly not fit to wear the shirt. With Klopp’s appointment I expected to see positive change happening, yes it’s still early days, but surely by this time Klopp can see that this group of players are just not good enough. In fact some of these players are lacking in the very basics of what is required to be representing such a iconic club. Put your arm round them and make them feel special and wanted, but when you do not get a response what to do next.
A goal keeper who cannot command the box who distribution is poor and continues to make costly mistakes.
A full back who cannot defend ( Moreno) Center backs who cannot head the ball and defend set pieces, and one who is long past his sell by date. Mid fields who are weak on the ball Allana Allen, a defensive mid fielder who is slow, and another who flatters to deceive and no goals coming from any of them. A centre forward who’s touch and movement is embarrassing at times, a player who is class but forever injured, very few of this squad of players I worthy of the shirt, and finally a MD and a transfer committee who appear to know nothing about football. LFC and all it’s fantastic supporters we deserve better……much better.
