As per the provided LFC website link, Liverpool have loaned him back to Red Star Belgrade till the end of the season.

Capable of playing as a central and attacking midfielder, Grujic has been in top form for the Serbian club who currently occupy the top spot in the league. He was part of the World Cup-winning U20 squad last year.
In 21 league games, Marko has netted 5 goals and also provided 7 assists this season. It will be intriguing to see how manager Jurgen Klopp will utilize him next season.
Currently, the likes of Emre Can, Lucas Leiva, Allen and captain Jordan Henderson are there for the midfield role. Will Grujic be able to get straight into the starting XI under Klopp? We shall see.
Having loaned him back for now and with no fewer than 11 players out injured (PhysioRoom), Liverpool need to reinforce their squad this winter if they are to finish the season in the top four.
