Deal Close – How Arsenal will Line up with $21.5m Star

Arsenal Ramsey WengerArsenal are looking to add new quality players in the January transfer window and a talented French midfielder is in the lime light.
Currently, the North Londoners have both their first choice midfielders Francis Coquelin and Santi Cazorla out with injuries. In such a scenario, the Gunners are looking to reinforce their midfield department.
According to reports in the media (Telegraph via Daily Star), Arsenal are edging closer to seal a deal for Paris Saint-Germain $21.5m midfielder Adrien Rabiot. His mother arrived in London to discuss a move to Arsenal.

The Les Bleus star has not been a regular starter with PSG this season and a move to the Emirates may help. This season, he has featured in 19 games and has only scored a single goal (Transfermarkt).
If he does join the North London side, expect the 20-year-old star to play in the central midfield alongside a defensive midfielder. Basel’s DM Elneny is close (Daily Mail) to joining the Gunners as well and the duo can form a new midfield partnership for the Gunners.
Roabiot’s inclusion in the central midfield will allow Aaron Ramsey to move upfront in the attack again. Here is how Arsenal will line up with Adrien Rabiot.

Bonaroca:- While the above mentioned line up is obviously very strong, I am much disappointed that
emphasis is made on foreign players then on English players. I have supported Arsenal since 1946 were e in the relegation zone, apart when history says that 8 Arsenal players were called up to represent in
the battle of Highbury against Italy What we have now, just one Welshman, no offence meant.
I respect Mr Wenger for what he had done for Arsenal and English soccer in general I think that he
should have proven himself during the last 20 years, personally, I would have expected with his
experience and a top youth academy he could have produced a top ARSENAL SIDE with players from
    the United Kingdom.

He did try mate. At one point we had quite a few coming through but he was slated the whole time for not spending money. That’s the trouble with football fans nowadays. They want everything immediately and if a player didn’t cost 40 million + then he’s not good enough for Arsenal. He’s a victim of his own success. Not everyone remembers how bad some of our seasons were before he turned up. Up the Gunners
    Kind regards Lance
