According to latest news, the Reds have been handed a major boost in the transfer window after Mario Gotze’s agent refused to rule out a move away from the Allianz Arena this summer.
As per the provided link, Liverpool have been tracking the German international and Bayern Munich playmaker for quite some time and the English side could be set to launch an offer to bring him to Anfield.
Not to forget, Gotze scored the winning goal of the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil.
Last season, the 23-year-old star featured in 48 games for the Bundesliga champions, scored 15 goals and provided 7 assists as well.
The biggest dilemma for Liverpool is that they do not offer Champions League football and a player of Gotze’s caliber surely deserves to play CL football.

Why do we like to deceive ourselves in this club of ours? Mario Gotze? All the players in the world are linked to Liverpool but non of them ended up @ Anfield, what a shame.
Not when a manager who specialises in playing players out of position is still in Liverpool. (Records are there to proved me wrong, if anyone can).
His personality does/can not attract high profile/world class players to our darling club.
Anyway, the owners had stated that they trust his ability, (Lolz), what do they know about football anyway.
