EPLTottenham have lost the race to sign Danny Ings from Burnley as Liverpool agreed the deal for Engalnd itnernational.
The Reds still have to pay a compensation fee to Burnley.
On the other hand, Spurs have been proactive in search of striker who could play as a backup to Harry Kane.
According to reports in France, Tottenham have sealed 25 million Euro deal to sign teenage star Anthony Martial from Monaco.

Er, does this mean he will be on the bench?

  2. Brad says:

Thanks, great, now we all know. In fairness the alternative was give us the current spurs squad with martial in place of Kane. Either way, great great stuff, well done. 00.02 and I’m very happy I read this, you guys should be proud

sell lloris to manchester united for 30million and ask them to give januzaj for 10million. we will get one player plus 20million cash.
with that 20million buy Marc-André ter Stegen, he is young talented goalkeeper of barcelona. he is available for the transfer market price 16 million. he is 23 year old, 6ft 2 inches height. he is German.
convince him by saying we need u as our main goalkeeper as replacement for world class hugo lloris.
if we get him it will be a great business. he is brilliant talent. like de gea. he can become a de gea. he will be next de gea.

  4. Vincent says:

sell unwanted players and get funds to buy talented players and make a strong team.
sell lamela for 30million slap him a price tag of 30million and say interested teams can buy him for 30million. inter Milan or juventus. and with this 30million money buy yancink Bolasie.
sell soldado for 15millon , sell dembele for 15 million,
    sell Adeabyor for 5million,
    and with this 35 million
plus capoue for 1 year loan to porto and buy yancini brahmi, and after one year u can make him permanent or extend loan.
because arsenal is trying to buy Jackson Martinez and yancini brahmi. we must hijack arsenal target brahmi. because he is an promising midfielder. so that we get 3 french players. brahmi, Bolasie, anthony. wow.
or Julian draxler. is 21 years old.
give athletico Madrid chiriches for 8million and ask them to give toby Alderweireld. in exchange, so we can use chiriches as bait.
and with the extra money by levy buy defense. buy aymen abendenour for 10million, buy hoedt for 1.5 million, buy tripper for 3.5 million, Samuel usmiti for 15millon.

Very funny! Lanela would not draw 30 M. (Maybe 10 or 12) We should keep him. He has potential even if we paid to much. Soldado might get 2 or 3 M. Might as well keep him as a journeyman sub.
Ade is worth less than nothing. Best thing to do with him is buy out his contract, cancel his work visa, release him and leave him in Togo. Dembele might get 8-10 M and he’s probably worth it. Watch for offers for Townsend and perhaps Bentaleb if he doesn’t get a new contract.
De Gea is going to Madrid, Lloris is likely to go to Man U 1 (35m plus Hernandez) and we should buy Tim Krul.

You took the words right out of my mouth! We wouldn’t get anywhere near £30m for those players mentioned – combined! Nonetheless, most of them must go. Even without like-for-like replacements being available. I would rather have a smaller, more efficient, squad than one carrying a pile of deadwood. Besides, we need to make room for players such as Dele Alli and Alex Pritchard, both of whom will be welcome additions to the side. Vincent, you talk about unwanted players but have made no mention of Aaron Lennon or Tom Carroll – both still on our books, despite being out on loan.

I think it would be incredibly stupid to get rid of Lamela; he’s improved drastically over the last 12 months and still has a lot of time left in his career at his young age. We should keep him and show some faith, he’s already showing what he’s capable of.
Personally, if we need to replace Lloris, I’d say Krul is a good shout but what about Timo Horn from Germany? Young but quality, wouldn’t cost too much (I think Newcastle would price us out of Krul) and he’s the right sort of age for Levy to agree to put faith in.
To me, we need to lose Capoue, Kaboul, Chiriches, Stambouli, Dembele, Lennon, Soldado and Adebayor.
With the money, bring in Werner, Horn (assuming we lose Lloris), and give some more youger players a chance, like Carrol and Pritchard etc etc

Krul is a good shout. Begovic anyone??
I really like the look of this Anthony Martial kid .

  6. Marty f says:

It’s not a game of Fifa, you can’t just by who ever you want and offload whoever you want for whatever price you want. If only it was that simple!

  7. Gazza says:

I would hate to see Lloris go as I think he was our best player last season but its looking increasingly likely. Bergovic sounds good and also Cech. Not sure what happened to Vorm but he was woeful in his appearances. Really hoping Spurs sort transfers out quickly rather than at the last minute – Liverpool have already got two internationals in Ings and Milner.
As for sales I agree with a lot of the comments – no way would we get 30 m for Lamela or 15 m for Soldado. As for Adebeyor we would probably have to pay someone to have him. Chiriches ? Don’t even ask. Shouldn’t be wearing a football shirt – reminds me of Benny on a very bad day.
