Deal AGREED – How Spurs will Line up with $16.4m Superstar

Lavezzi PSGTottenham managed to leapfrog Liverpool and finished 5th in the Premier League. However, they must step up big time next season to finish in the top 4.
Champions League qualification is the main objective for Spurs yet again next season but they need quality players to achieve that.
One such quality player linked with a move to White Hart Lane is Argentine international Ezequiel Lavezzi.
The 30 year old playmaker finds himself in a complex scenario with Paris Saint-Germain and is likely going to exit the French club this summer.
Reports suggest that Spurs have already agreed $16.4m deal to sign the versatile attacker in the summer transfer window.
Capable of playing anywhere in attack, Lavezzi will largely amplify the quality of attack. Spurs must act swiftly to seal deal for the Argentine who has scored 9 goals and provided 8 assists for PSG this season.
Here is how Spurs will line up with Lavezzi.

Rubbish spending $15 million on 30 year old instead of proven strikers,Benteke,Austin,Javier ALL are talented & younger! Levi pulling strings again for another average player! Morgan to ASS….NAL O.K BUY: Auderweild,Cabaye,Mich Richards too boost our weak defense: We can pocket over $110 Million by SELLING:
    Sodado,Pauhinio,Lemela,Chirches,Caponie,Frazio,Kabul,Davis,Ade,Townsend,Lennon,Von Rom.
Fed Up with Levi trying to get more than these average players are worth & we get stuck with them next season!

I have told you before, Mr Herschmann – there is no “Caponie” at Tottenham! And your valuations are unrealistic.

Another idiot who thinks that transfers work like a computer game where you can just sell all the players you want easily and buy any players that we can afford. Shit don’t work that way when your trying to run a multi millions pounds business!
The odd mill here or there does actually mean something when it’s real money!!!
Also why would any smart business man sell a player he spent nearly 30mil on for a huge loss when he can wait one more season to see if he does improve with time and setting in. If he doesn’t improve? Then you’ll get about the same money for him anyway!!

You obviously are very deluded to be putting fazio in that starting line up in front of dier…..fazio doesn’t even deserve to be in the group of cleaners that clean the changing rooms let alone on the picture wearing a spurs shirt he is awful I think Kane could probably be better at defending than fazio….why not he had a shot at goal keeping this season lol……I can’t name one thing fazio is good at….a 6.5ft defender that can’t win a header that is unheard of….and my grandad is faster than him and his passing is worse than a school boys……who ever sold Dawson to bring him in needs to be sent to the firing squad.

So no place for Chadli who scored double figures league goals but a place for Lamella?? Righto.

  4. Kjetil says:

First of all.. Lamela and Lavezzi switch sides..Lamela on right and Lavezzi on left. And NEW SIGNING should denenitly stand under Mason NOT Bentaleb !!! Would also but Dier next to Vertonghen if we do not bye a “great” central defender…

Anybody want to comment on how much better Mason was last week and whether it is because his mate Bentaleb wasn’t next to him? BTW Bentaleb had a good game at fullback but Danny should always be there on current form. Against Hull Danny was outstanding, most improved imo. By next season i would also expect Walker to be back. Wimmer and Dier will be competing for a place next to Verts I guess. Onto midfield I think Bentaleb and Mason have done Ok but it feels lightweight and not delivering at a high level. I think Chadli has really improved from ‘what the hell did we buy him for’ to can’t leave him out but Lamela is a flatterer. Against Hull I could not believe he was nowhere near a Hull player, he set off on a run and was doing stepovers! His final ball too often ends up in a oppositions players lap. Even though Townsend is a misguided missile I think he should feel well put out not to be palying more often. Ericksen should have been rested and the improved Dembele played more. Kane is Kane!!! Last question why does Lamela never ever go to the byeline and cross? He always goes inside even when it is packed which is probably why Soldado has never succeeded – he thrives on balls from out wide.

    Speculate to accumulate….clicks
Spurs have not agreed a deal for Ezequiel Lavezzi. Despite soccerisma.com suggesting reports say so. And those reports from the Metro suggesting some other unstated reports saying so.
No matter. It is a good game to fill the close season.

  8. Goalweiser says:

Funny how people forget top quality players like Aguero made Mason seem out of his depth. Bentaleb featured in a World Cup squad that surprised most of the world. His technical ability is sound and his defensive positioning plus tackling is better. We need a two way midfielder who can take Mason’s spot like Sissoko. Mason might be better in a few seasons but he’s too small and too impatient for the middle of the park now.
