Arsenal are likely to lose one of their transfer targets to rivals Tottenham as Spurs look to seal deal for Josip Drmic.
The Swiss international signed for Bayer Leverkusen in the summer window but has not been able to replicate his top form he had with Nuremberg last season.
Tottenham are in the market to sign a versatile forward, someone who can support their leading man Harry Kane or be a decent alternate in his absence.
According to Daily Express, German sources suggest that Spurs are already in talks and are closing in to complete a swap deal sending Spanish striker Roberto Soldado the other way to secure Drmic signing.
Soldado has been a big money flop for the North Londoners and Spurs have given him enough time to improve but in vain.
The 22 year old Drmic was in top form last season, as he directly contributed in 20 goals (17 goals 3 assists) in 33 league appearances for Nuremberg playing as a center forward as well as winger when needed.
However, this season with Leverkusen, Drmic has featured in 21 games in all competitions, has only scored 3 goals and setup 1 assist.
Tottenham have also been linked with Sevilla striker Carlos Bacca who is in top form in La Liga at the moment.
In your Opinion, should Spurs complete the swap deal to sign Drmic?
