On topic. The alleged signing of Yevhen Konoplyanka would be very usefull for Spurs and is easily a superb replacement for Aaron Lennon. But will any club purchase Konoplyanka for €7m ($10m) now when he is a free agent in the summer of 2015?
Because as a free agent, he would surely go to a different club.
Yevhen Konoplyanka is mustard, we have to get him, he ran us ragged a couple of years ago both legs. I think Lennon deserves a testimonial, he has been there all the way in our last 5 years of success (I know its not trophies but its been far better than previous). Time to go for Kaboul, Paulhinio, adebayor, Assou Akkoto, chiriches and capuoe, give Soldado and Townsend another season no excuses. Dier , Verts and Fazio will improve, we need a leader of quality to sit in front of back four (keane, Viera ilk) and a forward to play with Harry. COYS!!!!!!!!!!
in all the time lennon was at spurs he couldn’t cross a ball,to any effect.also very few goals to his credit.what he could do is beat a man on a sixpence.so he was wasted.if he had played alongside the striker he could have been much more effective,and scored goals.
