CONFIRMED – Star Set to Return for Manchester United

Louis Van GaalManchester United had a torrid start to the new season and horrific defense was the main reason behind that.
Not only United lacked quality players in their defense, the injury concerns made the situation even worse.
The likes of Evans, Rafael, Jones, Smalling, Rojo etc all have suffered injury and hence consistency was a huge problem.
However, now the Red Devils are in brilliant form with players returning from injury and gelling in well.
Another first team player who is set to return for Manchester United is Phil Jones. Van Gaal confirmed that he will return next week as he claimed:

“Yes, we are seeing the light at the end of the tunnel,”
“Jones will train with the team next week if everything is good. Rafael has already trained with us for one week. Also now he has to play in the second squad. I’m sorry for that but it is my philosophy and the players. If they don’t I’m not interested.”

Jones was signed by Alex Ferguson and quickly earned his starting place alongside host of experienced players.
The England international was United’s first choice center before his injury concern started and it remains to be seen whether Van Gaal will hand him the starting role from the word go or the bench.
United are on a 5 game winning run and face arch rivals Liverpool next at Old Trafford. Reds are in terrible form and Man United should be considered favorites to beat them.

I do not agree with your point. With the way they played against Southampton; it was very terrible, only it has been destined Utd was going to win that match, if not, you would have been saying a different thing. Though, the three maximum points was attained, the entire teams performance, was too poor. Evans, Fellaini and even Rooney got their entire foot wrong.
