After a very long wait, Manchester United have given their supporters some good news to cheer about as far as the transfers are concerned.
The opening day defeat will not be forgotten unless the results improve but for now the mood does turn positive with the signing of Marcos Rojo.
Red Devils have let go winger Nani on loan to Sporting Lisbon and have sealed the deal for the Argentine defender.
United have officially confirmed the Rojo deal has been agreed. The player is now expected to arrive today for his medical and complete the move for good.
However, one Marcos Rojo cannot solve Louis van Gaal’s dilemma and the weaknesses United have in midfield and attacking departments.
For that, United have to continue working for their transfers and after completing their 4th deal this summer, they are expected to also complete the 5th one soon.
The question remains, who will be the 5th signing. The closes players linked with the Red Devils for now is another Argentine Angel Di Maria.
Paris Saint Germain, who previously dropped interest in Di Maria are now back in the hunt as per Daily Mirror.
However, Daily Star believes that Di Maria is all but headed to Man United after compatriot and new star Rojo liked a picture of him and Di Maria celebrating with United’s crest on the background.
If Van Gaal can somehow lure Angel Di Maria then that will surely be the biggest signing of the premier league this summer. For now, the fans desperately wait for more positive news soon in the form of 5th signing as the transfer window nears closure.

We appreciate the signing of #Rojo, but we ask for #Marco Rues, wait for Strootman he will recover, Juventus are trying to make money they don’t want to sell the player. If Rues will come Kagawa will have to play first team, he is very good as compared to mata when he is linking with strikers. Mata wants to score for himself so I don’t like that.
The best thing for United is to sign defensive midfielder, Vidal or carvalho.The life

This transfer window is almost as gloomy as last summers. Whilst we have Ed Deadwood in charge of that area things are not likely improve. He is not a football man he is a banker who s allied to the Glaziers who as we know hate spending money.
He talks the talk but is unable to walk the walk. He is a ditherer and inept, very good at bringing money into the club but hates spending it. Whilst he in charge of transfer dealings United will have little o9r no chance of finishing in the top 4 for the second season in a row. Things are not looking good as our rivals have been buying at a rate of knots.
We do however still have 12 days left in the window so perhaps all is not lost however Deadwood has to put the money where his mouth is
United need play the 442 or 433. So we need wingers. Januzaj is very good. DiMaria too. Our def mid is poor but I’d love see rooney as an 8/6, into the game, linking players. Cause there’s no leader now. Mata is good but as an 8 to me. And Herrera,Fletcher,Clev,Felaini cannot do it.
Thats not enough, a strong central defender like hummels, benatia or garray should be signed and a strong defensive mid fielder like song should land at OT before the end of the window

‘LVG is not the problem. Woodward is the enemy of progress we have. The money is there for him to splash, but his ineptitude in transfer deals has hindered and will continue to hinder the progress of this great club.
ManUtd needs Angel Di Maria,but we need defensive signings more. Why are we going for big money transfers, when there are small money and good transfers? Song is rusty, and we know he fits the bill playing as a DM or CB only £8m. There is Freddy Guarin, Philip Mexes, De Jong, Miranda, William Carvalho, etc. We are only paying attention to stars, and not looking at their field discipline. Manchester United is good a little bit at the front the major concern is DM and the CB’s organization. So an experienced CB and DM are needed.
