Manchester City and Liverpool will collide in premier league’s first massive fixture as last year’s top two teams strive for victory.
Last season, the champions defeated Liverpool 2-1 at the Etihad Stadium while the merseysiders beat the citizens 3-2 at Anfield in perhaps the best game of 2013-2014 PL campaign.
Both sides have reinforced their squads in this transfer window particularly Liverpool who have been the busiest.
Not to forget, Liverpool have all but sealed the deal for former Manchester City superstar Mario Balotelli but the official announcement is still left and the Italian will not be playing tomorrow night.
However, the likes of Moreno and Markovic are set for their competitive debut for the Reds.
Expect the Spaniard to start at left back while Markovic is likely to start from the bench. Also, Emre Can may come in to replace Lucas Leiva in the starting lineup.

A game with highs and lows. A start to the game with so much control, even bossing the game at one stage, unable to take their numerous chances an and there were a number of them. Going two behind fairly easily. Disappointing for the new look defense. Aguero comes on for 35 seconds and opens up the defense with Mignolet beaten at his near post. Poor effort by Liverpool there. Liverpool do get one back and could have had a second one if Lambert had have gone for goal. Why as a striker he tried to pass it off I have no idea. Liverpool ends up with 10 men through injury. Moreno limping and Skrtel hurt. Does not bode well!
