Even then, the stature of the club has not taken any blow as brand power is attracting top players and firms to complete deals with the Red Devils.
Manchester United have already completed the signing of two superstars in Luke Shaw from Southampton and Ander Herrera from Atheltic club. Moreover, they are constantly linked to complete more top deals.
Not only that, yesterday the club announce completion of another huge deal that will benefit the club a lot in the long run.

Final. A very good business that further enhances the reputation of the club, and convincing doubting Thomases about the status of Man Utd. Glory Glory Man Utd.

Good for the Glazers. Mata, Herrera, Shaw and Fella in were all over priced….only Mata is anywhere near to approaching world class; 2 of them are investments, Fellaini was a colossal mistake….now, when a true world class player (Vidal) is available the club have reportedly backed out for the sake of less than 10% more than they wanted to pay. If these stories are true then Van Gaal has either lost the plot or the Glazes are refusing to release funds…either way it does not bode well.
