Jose Mourinho continues to reinforce his Chelsea squad for next season and this time with an addition of quality full back.
As per media reports, the Blues have agreed yet another deal for Atletico Madrid star as Filipe Luis will seal Stamford Bridge move soon.
The Brazilian international played a key role in helping Atletico win the Spanish league title last season. Luis featured in 32 league games for Diego Simeone’s side, was solid at the back and also provided 5 assist as well.
With Diego Costa already sealed a deal with Chelsea, Luis will shortly be joining his team mate sooner rather than later. However, the real question is, how will Chelsea line up with Filipe Luis in the squad.
Spanish right back Cesar Azpilicueta was arguably Chelsea’s best and most consistent player last season playing as left back. With the arrival of Luis, the position is destined to change but who will then be ousted from the starting XI.
Cahill and Terry formed the best central defense partnership last season, expect that to continue and Ivanovic was consistent on the right and also in the center when handed the task. All of this created sort of selection dilemma for Jose Mourinho.
