Cole Defines his Senseless Timeline to Judge Liverpool & Chelsea

Joe Cole LFCJoe Cole was once one of the most important players for the Blues as well as England but moving towards the age of 30, his form declined badly.

At the end of 2009-2010 season, Chelsea knew that Cole is past his best and did not give him another new contract.

Liverpool perhaps thought that there is still some quality left in the England international as they signed him on a bosman and handed him a 90k a week contract as well.

However, they were soon proven wrong as Joe Cole was never able to settle and average will be the right word to describe his performances.

Reds loaned him to Lille after a season and then when he returned sold him to West Ham for obvious reasons as they had better quality.

Surely after his disappointing time at merseyside, Joe Cole has to be a little or more angry and lately the former Chelsea star has claimed that perhaps Blues are bigger than Liverpool.

The problem is that Cole has defined his own timeline to judge Liverpool and Chelsea. Moreover, the timing is absolute senseless as well.

If we compare Histroy of both clubs, there is literally no comparison whatsoever. Liverpool are miles ahead and well yes even Nottingham Forest are better than Chelsea.

If you compare the Present scenario then well Liverpool finished above Chelsea in the last premier league campaign as well.

So, Cole has taken out his bitterness by defining his timeline that yes in recent history Chelsea have been better than Liverpool but better is completely another word, does that mean they are Bigger than Liverpool. Insanity?

May be a certain Manchester City fan can come up and define his timeline of last 5 years and claim that the Sky Blues is the biggest club in England, May be that would make complete sense to Joe Cole.

This ungrateful wretch was making similar remarks when he was in France and Liverpool were still paying most of his huge wages – He is in denial he was past t when Liverpool got him and he has been beyond past it since.

I’m impressed by this piece, more so having been penned by what appears to be a MUFC fan. Respect. I’m utterly shocked by Cole’s lack of class and will admit my respect for him has gone down. I cannot improve what has been penned here.
