SHOCKING: Arsenal Issues Remain, Must Learn from Liverpool

Arsene Wenger ArsenalArsenal may have earned the fourth spot yet again, they may as well go on and win the FA Cup as well but the failures of this season cannot be hidden.
Gunners were on top of the league for majority of the season and then to collapse and nearly lose the final CL qualification spot was disastrous.
The North Londoners need to pick themselves up again next season and bounce back to compete for the title. However, for that, Wenger needs to keep his best players and add more quality to squad.
Over the years, Gunners have sold their best players for one reason or the other and started from the scratch again. In turn, they have only suffered and need no more proof than not winning a silverware for nearly a decade.
Again, it looks highly likely that one of the best right backs in the premier league Bacary Sagna is set to depart for Manchester City because Gunners are unable to strike a deal with him.
As per reports, Arsenal are only willing to offer Sagna £80,000 a week contract where as his demand is around £100,000 that can be met by Chelsea and Manchester City. Arsenal are well aware of his qualities but still not ready to alter their pay structure and hence Sagna wants to leave.
Jenkinson is experienced, but comes no way near the quality of Sagna. Moreover, even if Arsenal look to splash cash on a new RB from abroad, he may as well take time to settle in the toughest league. Eventually, gunners will suffer again.
Liverpool Luis Suarez MagicianLiverpool, Manchester clubs and Chelsea are surely going to improve their squad and more importantly will look to keep their best players.
The example of Luis Suarez is in-front of them. The merseysiders kept their star player against all odds and perhaps that single decision turned Liverpool better than Gunners who spent record sum to lure Mesut Ozil last summer.
The worst part, Arsenal fans always see their club linked with world class players but rarely do they arrive. If that concern is also not fixed then things will surely not improve at the Emirates.

Arsenal will never learn from their mistakes, next season will see them fallout of Champions League FOREVER !!!
They got very lucky this season with uniturd being so poor under Genius Moyes, uniturd will spend BIG this summer ( They will OVERPAY to get the players they need ) And with Spurs and Everton on both coat tails,it should be an interesting fight for 4th place next MAY !!! Because lets face it Cite Liverpool and Chavski have the TOP 3 places sown up for years to come 😉

    • Are you serious!! If Arsenal didn’t pick up key injuries when they did the title race would have been closer for us. If the top three teams had 4 of their starters out how would they have fared? Wenger buy 4 quality players and let the show begin

“Gunners have sold their best players for one reason or the other”.
No other reason. Only one reason, Arsenal didn’t want to win anything. Still Do they ? I have doubt……….

  3. wilson says:

wenger craves for 4 th place while other managers aim for trophies

Then the excuse use to b,financially..we not stable to buy an xpensive player.bt now ther is enough funds to recoup..now chelsea are about to secure diego costa before the world cup, so that they can start preparation for next season.then that is when arsene wants to go for transfers,my own opinion is get your transfer done on tyme, then prepare the player for next season. As for sagna’s issue,it’s better we give him the contract, cos he has been loyal all d years when others left..than 2 loss next season we wil nw start cryin again oh sagna..just the wit RVP.

Having won nowt for nearly 10 years can you honestly blame players for not wanting to join us?.Draxier being a typical example. The fact is German stars won’t give us a second thought just look at the press Ozil has received..
The real culprit is Wenger and when will people realise he’ll never change as he won’t spend on top quality and go after cheapies on zero hour. Ozil being an exception (probably a forced signing to save face at the last moment) The others will keep on buying the cream while Wenger will keep chasing has beens or kids.
Somethings got to be done, time for change, hard though it may be for the board…I rest my case..
