Star Returns – Arsenal's Probable XI vs Bayern Munich

Olivier Giroud of ArsenalGunners face an uphill task in the Champions league this midweek as they hope to turn around a 2 goal deficit against European Champions Bayern Munich.
The Germans dominated the proceedings at the Emirates mainly thanks to Szczesny’s Red card in the first half and should be favorites to go through.
Last year, Arsenal did score two goals at the Allianz Arena but lost out on away goals. This season, things are going to be even more difficult with Bayern in unbelievable form.
As far as the team news is concerned, Arsenal’s start striker Olivier Giroud will get back in the starting XI after getting a substitute role in the FA Cup game where he scored a brace against Everton.
Other than that, Gunners are expected to keep the same lineup that started vs Toffees as the team combined well.
Koscielny may as well be fit for the tie but if not then Vermaelen is set to keep his place alongside Mertesacker.
Here is Arsenal’s probable XI vs Bayern Munich.

Trully an uphill task for the Gunners on Tuesday. But in football, anything can happened, and with the FA mauliig of Everton FC, the Gunners’ confidence should be bubbling by now. An early goal from Arsenal at Allianz Arena could turn the table totally around.

  2. Yeah, if our players remain with confidence that they can beat bayern i’m telling u arsenal can qualify except if our players has intimdated

It’s very difficult task. Bayern are in a rampage form. Arsenal needs to do a lot at allianz. Defend well so that no further goals for Bayern and at the same time Try to make more chances and goals to qualify. Let’s hope we somehow manage to go through. The task looks more difficult because Injury list has crucial players in it. We love you arsenal…We do! COYG!

arsenal should try to score early goals inorder to kill the temper of the game for bayern bcoz if they will score first the game will be over.

Anything can happen arsenal has been dealing with bayern 4 d past seasons so it is not a new thing. If the players have d confident dat they will win irrespective of bayern’s possession in d 1st leg they will make it. Wenger should plz knw d right players 2 use dis time. D last time i was xpecting giroud nd podolski 2 start but it was d other way round. I believe this time we will do a miracle in allinaz as usuall. Tumb up gunners.

Lets not allow Bayern to score first, if we keep our composure we can beat them at their own home coz they use wings to attack so we dont need Nacho Monreal in this game coz if Wenger field him then we are gone even on the bench…We need to field Podolski as he knows how to finish Bayern…….upfront
