Moyes in line to make another Record for Man United

Moyes Manchester UnitedThe pressure on Manchester United manager David Moyes is increasing every passing day as his side’s alarming slide has been painful for the supporters and everyone attached to the club.
Former Evertonian has made records after records for Manchester United since joining the club last summer, sadly mostly for all the wrong reasons.
The only memorable record he has made for the Red Devils is the club record signing of Juan Mata from Chelsea, other than that, it has been shambolic.
Old Trafford that not so long ago used to be a fortress for Manchester United, now has turned into nightmare for the home side and an easy ground for the visitors.
Everton had not won for two decades, Moyes himself failed to win at Old Trafford having managed Toffees for a decade. However, under Martinez, only one attempt was required.
Swansea had never won at Old Trafford in their entire history but well they did the same.
Now Moyes is in line to make another record for Man United for the wrong reason when Fulham face them at Old Trafford this weekend.
The Cottagers are struggling at the moment but with new stars Mitroglou, Holtby and United low on confidence, they will hope to get something.
Fulham have not defeated Manchester United at Old Trafford since season 2003-2004 season. Now after a decade, they have the best possible chance to win as Moyes is managing United.
Honestly, it won’t even feel as an upset anymore if the London side end up with three points. Hopefully that is not the case but the fears are there.

I don’t think Moyes would survive that loss — hopefully.

David is a big fool of his own, he was give money but he never buy players, does he think Mata alone can solve the problem he has created at manutd? He should be sacked! He does not no how to select. A winning team!, no tactics!, he doesn’t no perfect substitution, I mean the man is nothing but a record breaker [negative manner] he never realize the fact that welbeck, young and cleverly are not fit in to play for manutd reserve team, in fact the man can not keep us at first ten come July 2014. The way out is to let him go. Go go go go go Moyes

i think moyes was de problem for everton.the team start to develop when he left now poor peformance for united since he arrived.so for how long are we goin to keep this obstacle.fergie made a wrong choice

Wouldn’t let Moyes manage our under 11 team he is stuck so far in the past with his tactics and training we will be fighting off relegation soon the way this team is playing. Surely it would have been better to have sacked him at Christmas and paid him compensation than to carry on as we have and fail to get 4th spot and lose all that income and player pulling power because we are out of European football.

  8. Oyebade Festus Dayo says:

Moyes ,you should be bold and change the style of Ferg,by bringing energetic players to the Club. I as a person has not been happy with you for not buy players in January, Mata shouldn’t have been only players,if you follow Ferguson style, you’ll fail. Spend this money & buy good players like Man city,Chelsea & other clubs. All you inherited players are old and obsolete. Leave R. Giggs alone, the man could not stand the test of the younger players.

  9. Moyes is a confused man, he now behave like he’s never handled a team b4. He’s team selection is nothing 2 write off, even he’s substitution is worse dan anything. N d last is he is 2 sentimental, he plays d wrong player alwz. Wat is welbeck, young n cleverly doing on d pitch wen he has a fletcher, Januzaj, Kagawa n chicharito. Fletcher is better dan cleverly; Januzaj is better dan Young n chicharito has better positioning dan Welbeck. Bt u’ll still see Moyes playing dem, jst bcuz dey r english players. Take a look @ d teams making names, dey hv lesser english player n dey r @ d top n doing fine cuz its a mixed team. Not Man U dat only hype english players n never giv foreign players chance 2 prove dem selves.Up UNited

As sad as it is, I honestly think that the best chance we have of winning is that if the manager and coaching staff get locked in bus, or lost in traffic together before the match and that the players are left to their own devices. If that happened they could always ask RM what to do and he could give them proper guidance and direction. Hell, he could make history by managing both sides in the same match…and be successful. But DM, no matter what happens I sincerely believe that he will make the wrong selections, tactics, substitutions, and formation to totally screw up any hope of us taking the three points. The only thing I am certain of for sure though is that his post match will include some incredibly ridiculous statement or excuse of why we did not win.

I’m sorry, but reading all of these witterings makes me wonder how many of you are genuine Man Utd fans? How many of you were supporters pre-1992? You are glory-hunting know-nothings who aren’t wanted at football clubs.
Granted David Moyes hasn’t covered himself in glory but he turned a relegation-battling team into top-half finishers and European place battles with threadbare resources.
For those of you who argue that ‘it’s not good enough for Utd’ need to read your history, all clubs go through bad spells and yours is no different.
In short, grow up or go and support someone else.
