When Jose Mourinho left Real Madrid to return to Chelsea football club, the Blues had fantastic talent mainly in the attacking midfield department.
Chelsea already had the likes of player of the season Juan Mata, Brazilian sensation Oscar, Belgium’s Edin Hazard & Kevin De Bruyne and in-form Nigerian Victor Moses for the attacking midfield department.
Other than that there was one young promising rising star Lucas Piazon who was ready to step up for the Blues.
Still, Mourinho had his own plans and signed more players. Willian and Schurrle arrived to further reinforce the department and hence Moses and Piazon were loaned out.
The players leaving had the idea that they have to be really brilliant on loan to have any chance of coming back and joining Chelsea’s already star studded attacking midfield. Piazon clearly stated:
“We are young and on loan and we have to do something special with our season to get back and stay at the club. We know if we don’t have a good season we will be back out on loan again.”
While Moses is struggling at Liverpool, Piazon is making the most of his loan spell playing for Vitesse and surely doing more than special being the best player.
In 19 league appearances this season, Piazon has netted 11 goals and provided 8 assists. He is the main reason why Vitesse are flying high in the Eredivisie, only two points behind league leaders Ajax.
The 20 year old boy is on a year long loan and Chelsea will have another special player in him next summer. Piazon is making a strong case for himself in the eyes of Mourinho.
The youngster has been playing as a left winger, that position is mainly occupied by Hazard at Chelsea but there is no doubt that he deserves his opportunity with the Blues.
Just like Jose has kept faith in Oscar to lead the line as No. 10, Piazon is another gifted Samba star like his compatriot and can prove to be a major asset for Chelsea’s future.

Tottaly agree, wht a fantastic talant we have coming back to our shores this summer. Piazon along with T Hazard will be drafted into our squad next season, replacing Mikel Obi, and for sure one of the strikers.

Piazon is no doubt a gifted n talented player but i doubt if he will be given d opportunity to showcase his talent considering the acquisition of salah,schurrle,willian etc. Chelsea is only interested in dolling out millions of pounds acquiring talents frm elsewhere instead of using the better talents at their disposal.
It is a good thing that these chelsea young starlet should be giving other loan spell, when their contract expire, but for lukaku, mourinho must not helm on selling him,because he is chelsea drogba and future,he should be brought back to chelsea to compete with diego costa for top9,to gain more experience n challenges and if possible,he should pair with lukaku
