More to Come – Man United Line up Move for €38m Star

Diego Costa Atletico MadridManchester United are ready to battle Chelsea football club to lure Spanish international Diego Costa to Old Trafford.
Few days back, reports revealed that Chelsea have reached a verbal agreement to sign star striker Diego Costa next summer from Atletico Madrid who has a release clause of €38m in his contract.
However, the Red Devils recently scouted the prolific forward last weekend and as per Daily Mail, United are looking to follow up the record breaking signing of Juan Mata with a move for Diego Costa.
Costa has replaced Radamel Falcao as the main man in no time and has drawn interest from major clubs.
In 21 league appearances, the Spanish star has netted no less than 19 times and has provided 3 assists as well.
Although for now, United do have Robin van Persie as their main striker but his best days are surely past him.
Moreover, the Dutchman’s injury concerns have come back to haunt his career again and it makes complete sense that Man United sign a long term replacement.
The 25 year old Diego Costa can be perfect replacement for Robin van Persie but signing him is going to be really hard.
Chelsea have sold Mata to Manchester United but have little or no hope of signing Wayne Rooney from the Devils.
In such a scenario, the Blues will not be ready to lose out on Costa when they badly need a world class striker upfront.
Normally, Chelsea do get the man they want with their owner splashing the cash as and when required.
Can Manchester United somehow sign Costa against all odds, we shall see.

    We need experience midfielder.

We need defenders as well. With vidic hurt and Rio out of favor, seeing Evans and Jones and Smalling doesn’t really instill a bit confidence in the fans nor fear in the opponents. A team like City will tear them apart regardless if we have RVP, Roo and Mata all on the files at the same time.

Fellain will soon b in form,we need kroos or `octopus to reinfose our attacking`.Defence is of concern n a hav no confidence wid it.let moyes bid for schar from basel as no 5 rep for vidic n rio ferd.

In my opinion we need more players with flair in their game. Having players that humiliate opposition either by skill or physical presence would bring back the “fear factor” at Old Trafford. In this line of thought, I think Portuguese players would do the job perfectly given that the Portuguese league has been the trampoline of some of the best names in football today – Cristiano, Falcao, Hulk, Pepe just to name a few. Fernando from Porto and William Carvalho from Sporting Lisbon are both fantastic acquisitions in midfield, both being great at tackling and very good on the ball. Mangala from Porto is a defensive beast – really reminds me of Vidic in his best days. Pair him with Hummels from Borussia Dortmund and you have a central defence pair who that can make any attacker c*ap his pants. Mangala and Carvalho have both huge price tags, but the necessity for quality and SAF’s unbelievable vision of avoiding spending big unless its absolutely necessary, leaves Moyes in a position to have everything required to build a new and exciting Man Utd. Money seems to be of no shortage, so Moyes should not act like he’s in charge of Everton anymore and bring in world class footballers who truly fit the Manchester United profile. At least 5 of the current starting eleven are good enough only for filling the gaps when injuries hit and I believe Moyes has come to realize that. With that in mind, I’m sure all haters will be butt hurt again very… VERY soon!

Ive been watching Fernando (FC Porto) on you tube and im very impressed. He is exactly what we are missing in the middle of the park. Hes solid, alert and reads the game well and from what ive read is near the end of his contract and available for about £6 million. This guy is a must and would slot in perfect. Would like to see Reus and Gundogan too. Cant really see Kroos leaving Bayern so I think we’re wasting our time there. Nice if it happened tho 🙂

Is he mad we need central midfielder not striker. We got great international level like chicharito and kagawa also he isn’t giving them playing time and he want to sign another striker really he is mad

Chicarito, Kagawa and Valencia are great players they need to be given enough time to play to bring them to form instead of benching.
